Very disapointed. Ive been taking my 3children here for the last 12+ years, today is the last day. Ive over looked other incidents such as waiting an hour plus with apointment after check in to be told the receptionist did not check us in Ive been kind and patient. Untill today when a lady from the insurance came out and wanted to share her opinion with my son and I about the insurance may not cover the rest of my sons braces procedure that had been started a year and a half+ ago out in the open behind the reception desk not in a private room. I believe that violates hippa privacy. Then for my son to go back for exrays and the Ortho Dr. Brakes a bracket and spacer off the front tooth and my son asked if he was going to fix it and be told No for my son to ask this Dr for his name and the Dr to reply you dont need my name you are not coming back here how unprofessional you should not be practicing. The assistants in the room gave my son the Ortho Dr name bc they said that is not aloud. I will be persuing this with corporate.

Since our old pediatric dentist dr Willis merged they continued to give us great service here at smiles 4 keeps with older familiar faces and new ones. They all are great with my children and adults can be seen in the same practice. As a mom of two it helps keep the whole family organized and with dental care.

Cancelled my appointment after they called to confirm and I called back no one answered left a message and they never called back or put it in computer. A week prior to appointment. So then they let me have the appointment and Leave us in waiting room for over an hour. The staff in the back are always good with kids and nice. It’s the people in the front.

Miss Eileen was wonderful!!! My daughter always struggled going to the dentist and wouldn't even let them get an xray, she worked with her so well and we were finally able to get an xray! The Staff is amazing ❤️

We've been taking our boys to Smiles 4 Keeps for years, and the service has always been outstanding. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes every visit a positive experience. Elaine is especially amazing, she always makes our boys feel comfortable and at ease, and she remembers them every time we come in. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares. She even cheered for my son at his All-Star game because it was right next to where she lives. That meant a lot to our family and shows the kind of person she is. I also appreciate that parents are now allowed to accompany their children into the treatment room. In the past, this wasn't permitted, and being able to be there with our kids helps them feel more comfortable and gives parents peace of mind.
